Here is a little about Rosa's Fudge company...
Rosa’s started off in 1982 in Springfield, Massachusetts, selling bulk fudge to small neighborhood stores and a local department store chain.
Their original flavors were Chocolate, Chocolate Walnut, Maple, Maple Walnut and Vanilla. They now have 22 different flavors.
As the demand grew they expanded the business by wrapping each individual square. This enabled them to reach a nationwide market. They use premium ingredients, including natural vanilla, heavy cream, butter, large English walnuts and premium peanut butter. They use pure unsweetened cooking chocolate. The fudge is made fresh daily.
