Brrrrrrr...It's cold outside! (24 degrees) I think we need some nice, warm cookies.. Last night Kelli and Matthew helped make Play Dough cookies http://sitsgirlsrecipes.blogspot.com/2008/09/somewhere-over-rainbow-by-little-momma.html

We only made the dough so far because it needed to be chilled for 2 hours. After school today we will be baking them.

MMMmmmmm......

Is it still Halloween??

Yesterday the kids got to make a Haunted Castle that I picked up after Halloween on clearance.
It consisted of 4 cookie walls, very messy Black and Orange Icing, various candies and sprinkles. They had fun constructing and decorating it and enjoyed the leftover icing as it made their tongues black.

Monday, Monday

Wee little humor

What fish is the richest?

Hee Hee!
How to have a great day

Mind your manners, say please and thank you

Give hugs daily

Don't worry about tomorrow

Reflect on happy memories

Help someone out without them having to ask you

When doing household chores, be grateful you have a home to clean

Show thankfulness for even the little things others do for you

Surprise your family with little gifts to show you thought of them

Do special things to cherish the time with your family

Remember to thank God for blessings each day
