
I am starting this blog to help keep me on track of losing weight. After 4 children my body just isn't what it used to be. I do have a weekly weigh in at T.O.P.S. I am a little nervous because I don't weigh myself all week 'til I get there.
My motivation is to fit into clothes better. I wear oversize everything to hide my body. I recently purchased some cute tank tops from Avon and will be buying a few other tops that are a bit small for me right now.
I am drinking lots of water and have an occasional diet soda. I need to be more disciplined and fit walking into my daily schedule.
