
I had a great day today! Light ' fit yogurt 60 cal. for breakfast. A delicious Lean Cuisine ~269 cal. for lunch. Dinner was chuck roast and rice. Snack was a few tortilla chips and fresh salsa. Another yogurt for my late snack. I think I am doing good considering there is chocolate ice cream in the freezer! :) My Mom's birthday party is tomorrow, I will try and eat good.
